With 20 years of experience working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, Laura has a deep understanding of the human-canine bond. Although her formal education is a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance, her career took a turn after adopting her first dog, Max, a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Rottweiler mix. Max's energy and behavior were overwhelming at first, but through private lessons and group training, Laura discovered how training strengthened their connection and brought them closer together.
Laura believes that a well-trained dog is a happy dog, and she is committed to fostering that happiness by helping owners build strong, trusting relationships with their pets. A well-trained dog enjoys better socialization, reduced anxiety, and a more fulfilling life alongside their owner. They are more confident, less reactive, and better able to understand boundaries, which leads to a safer and more enjoyable environment for both pet and owner. Through behavior modification and obedience training, she tailors her approach to each dog's unique needs, ensuring that every dog has the opportunity to thrive. Laura’s passion is in guiding owners to cultivate a bond built on trust and respect, ultimately enhancing the connection between them and their canine companions.
